What Youll Do:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos/reels for social media.
• Create posts and stories that align with brand voice and style.
• Upload and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist in growing social media pages by improving reach, engagement, and followers.
• Keep track of content performance (views, likes, comments, shares) and share simple reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in reels, short-form videos, and social media features.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Must share samples of previous work (case studies, growth stats, or campaign reports).
• Must have at least one active social media page (your own or a clients) that you helped grow.
• Good understanding of paid ad campaigns and organic growth strategies.
• Creative, data-driven, and passionate about testing new content formats.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer collaborations or viral campaigns.
